Learning aids

Why learning aids are required ?

Traditional (and many online) methods of teaching like listing out facts and explaining topics through lecture method keeps the student as a passive listener, which is not the natural way of learning of any child. They are active learners who need to do things by themselves, solve problems to learn. We cannot ignore what Confucious said, “I hear and forget. I see and remember. I do and I understand.”

Doing by themselves encourages a student’s creative thinking and independence. It develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills significantly increasing student’s learning achievements through deep, conceptual understanding.

We have designed learning aid materials for students from standard 1 to 7 to help students understand concepts by doing, experimenting and solving. Some of them are showcased here. We welcome parents and teachers come out with their learning aid ideas, to develop, make and try out.

How to choose learning aids for your child?
It is always better to understand individual needs and strengths of the student for right selection of learning aids at right time of growth. We provide assistance to parents when ever required.
